ข้อกำหนดการใช้งานTerms of Use

1. การยอมรับข้อกำหนด

เมื่อคุณเปิดหรือใช้ Archive ถือว่าคุณตกลงใช้บริการตามข้อกำหนดนี้และประกาศความเป็นส่วนตัว หากไม่ตกลง โปรดหยุดใช้บริการ

2. ลักษณะของบริการ

Archive เป็นพื้นที่บันทึกข้อความและรูปภาพส่วนตัวผ่าน LINE และหน้าเว็บ คุณสามารถเลือกแชร์รูปบางรายการไปยัง “บังเอิญ หรือตั้งใจ” ได้ ส่วนพจนานุกรมประสบการณ์ช่วยค้นหาและสะท้อนจากบันทึกส่วนตัวของเจ้าของบัญชีเท่านั้น

Archive เป็นเครื่องมือบันทึกและสะท้อนประสบการณ์ ไม่ใช่บริการทางการแพทย์ จิตวิทยา กฎหมาย การเงิน หรือบริการฉุกเฉิน

3. บัญชีและความปลอดภัย

• คุณต้องใช้บัญชี LINE ของตนเองและดูแลอุปกรณ์ไม่ให้ผู้อื่นเข้าถึง
• ห้ามพยายามเข้าถึงข้อมูลของผู้อื่น ระบบหลังบ้าน หรือกุญแจของบริการ
• หากสงสัยว่าบัญชีถูกใช้งานโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต โปรดติดต่อ lilyandworks@gmail.com

4. เนื้อหาของคุณ

คุณยังคงเป็นเจ้าของข้อความและรูปที่บันทึก คุณอนุญาตให้ Archive ประมวลผลเนื้อหาเท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อจัดเก็บ แสดง แก้ไข ลบ และให้บริการตามสิ่งที่คุณเลือก

เนื้อหาส่วนตัวจะไม่ถูกนำไปแสดงใน “บังเอิญ หรือตั้งใจ” จนกว่าคุณจะกดแชร์อย่างชัดเจน การถอนแชร์ไม่ลบต้นฉบับในอัลบั้มความทรงจำ

5. เนื้อหาที่ห้ามใช้หรือแชร์

• เนื้อหาที่ผิดกฎหมาย ละเมิดสิทธิ ความเป็นส่วนตัว หรือลิขสิทธิ์ของบุคคลอื่น
• ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้อื่นที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
• เนื้อหาคุกคาม เกลียดชัง รุนแรง ลามกที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้เยาว์ หรือส่งเสริมอันตราย
• มัลแวร์ สแปม การหลอกลวง หรือการรบกวนระบบ

6. บังเอิญ หรือตั้งใจ และการดูแลชุมชน

พื้นที่นี้ไม่มี Like ยอดนิยม คอมเมนต์ หรือการจัดอันดับ ผู้ชมสามารถกด “มีความหมายสำหรับฉัน” และเขียนข้อความสะท้อนเก็บเป็นบันทึกส่วนตัว เจ้าของภาพจะรับรู้แบบไม่เปิดเผยตัวตนและไม่เห็นข้อความสะท้อน

เมื่อเจ้าของถอนแชร์ ภาพและ Bookmark จะหายจากพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง แต่ข้อความสะท้อนที่ผู้ชมบันทึกไว้ยังคงเป็นบันทึกส่วนตัวโดยไม่มีภาพอ้างอิง เราสามารถซ่อน นำออก หรือจำกัดการเข้าถึงเนื้อหาที่ถูกรายงานหรืออาจขัดต่อข้อกำหนด การรายงานไม่ทำให้ต้นฉบับส่วนตัวถูกลบโดยอัตโนมัติ

7. การสะท้อนด้วย AI

การใช้ AI ในพจนานุกรมประสบการณ์เป็นทางเลือกและต้องยอมรับประกาศ AI แยกต่างหาก Archive อาจส่งคำถาม บันทึกที่คัดมาเกี่ยวข้อง และภาพเฉพาะเมื่อคุณเลือก ไปยัง OpenAI เพื่อสร้างคำตอบ AI อาจให้คำตอบที่ไม่สมบูรณ์หรือคลาดเคลื่อน คุณควรพิจารณาร่วมกับบันทึกต้นฉบับของตน

Archive อาจจำกัดจำนวนคำขอ AI ต่อผู้ใช้และทั้งระบบในแต่ละวันเพื่อควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายและรักษาความพร้อมของบริการ เมื่อ AI พักหรือครบโควตา การค้นหาปกติยังใช้งานได้

8. การลบและการหยุดให้บริการ

คุณลบรายการของตนได้จากฟังก์ชันที่รองรับ และสามารถขอลบบัญชีผ่าน lilyandworks@gmail.com เราอาจระงับการใช้งานเมื่อมีการละเมิดข้อกำหนด ความเสี่ยงต่อระบบ หรือข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมาย

9. ความพร้อมใช้งาน

Archive อยู่ในช่วง Early Access ฟังก์ชันอาจเปลี่ยน หยุดชั่วคราว หรือมีข้อผิดพลาด เราจะพยายามดูแลบริการและข้อมูลอย่างเหมาะสม แต่ไม่รับประกันว่าบริการจะทำงานต่อเนื่องโดยไม่มีข้อผิดพลาด

10. การจำกัดความรับผิด

ภายใต้ขอบเขตที่กฎหมายอนุญาต Archive ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม การสูญเสียโอกาส หรือความเสียหายที่เกิดจากการใช้บริการนอกวัตถุประสงค์ ทั้งนี้ ไม่มีข้อความใดตัดสิทธิที่กฎหมายกำหนดว่าไม่สามารถยกเว้นได้

11. การเปลี่ยนแปลงและการติดต่อ

ผู้ให้บริการคือ Archive by Forward Taleveling เราอาจปรับข้อกำหนดเมื่อบริการหรือกฎหมายเปลี่ยนแปลง การเปลี่ยนแปลงสำคัญจะแจ้งผ่าน Archive คุณส่งข้อเสนอแนะหรือแจ้งปัญหาผ่านหน้า “คุยกับ Archive” ได้ ระบบจะออกหมายเลขเรื่องและเก็บประวัติสถานะเพื่อการติดตาม ติดต่อเรื่องข้อกำหนด ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล หรือขอลบบัญชีได้ทาง lilyandworks@gmail.com

1. Acceptance

By opening or using Archive, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. The service

Archive is a space for private text and photo journaling through LINE and the web app. You may choose to share selected photos to Collective Synchronicity. Experience Dictionary helps search and reflect on only the account owner’s private archive.

Archive is a journaling and reflection tool. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency advice.

3. Account and security

• Use your own LINE account and protect access to your device.
• Do not attempt to access another person’s data, backend systems, or service credentials.
• Contact lilyandworks@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of text and photos you save. You allow Archive to process that content only as needed to store, display, edit, delete, and provide the features you choose.

Private content is not displayed in Collective Synchronicity until you clearly choose Share. Unsharing does not delete the private original in your Memory Album.

5. Prohibited content and conduct

• Illegal content or content infringing another person’s rights, privacy, or copyright.
• Another person’s private information without permission.
• Threatening, hateful, dangerous, or child sexual abuse material.
• Malware, spam, fraud, or interference with the service.

6. Collective Synchronicity and moderation

This space has no Likes, popularity ranking, comments, or leaderboard. A viewer may select “Meaningful to me” and save a reflection to their private Journal. The photo owner receives an anonymous notice and cannot see the viewer’s identity or reflection.

If the owner unshares a photo, the image and Bookmark disappear from the shared space, while the viewer’s private Journal text remains without the image reference. We may hide, remove, or restrict reported content that may breach these Terms. A report does not automatically delete the owner’s private original.

7. AI reflection

AI reflection in Experience Dictionary is optional and requires acceptance of a separate AI notice. Archive may send your question, selected relevant entries, and images only when you choose image understanding to OpenAI. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be considered alongside your original records.

AI output is not a diagnosis, prediction, medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency advice. You may delete an AI response or withdraw consent without deleting original entries.

Archive may limit AI requests per user and across the service each day to manage cost and availability. Ordinary search remains available when AI is paused or its quota has been reached.

8. Deletion and suspension

You may delete your items through supported features and request account deletion by emailing lilyandworks@gmail.com. We may suspend access for a Terms breach, system risk, or legal requirement.

9. Availability

Archive is in early access. Features may change, pause, or contain errors. We use reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Archive is not liable for indirect loss, lost opportunity, or harm caused by using the service outside its intended purpose. Nothing excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes and contact

The service operator is Archive by Forward Taleveling. We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. Material changes will be announced through Archive. You may send feedback or report a problem through “Contact Archive”; the system issues a ticket number and retains status history for follow-up.
