1. เกี่ยวกับประกาศนี้

Archive เป็นบริการบันทึกส่วนตัวผ่านบัญชี LINE Official Account และหน้าเว็บ Archive ภายใต้ชื่อ Archive by Forward Taleveling (“Archive”, “เรา”) ประกาศนี้ใช้กับร่องรอยการเติบโต บันทึกส่วนตัว อัลบั้มความทรงจำ พจนานุกรมประสบการณ์ บังเอิญ หรือตั้งใจ คุยกับ Archive และฟังก์ชันที่เกี่ยวข้อง

Archive ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลสำหรับการตัดสินใจว่า จะเก็บและใช้ข้อมูลใดเพื่อให้บริการ ส่วนผู้ให้บริการโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน ดำเนินการข้อมูลตามข้อตกลงและคำสั่งที่เกี่ยวข้อง

2. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

หน้าเว็บ Archive ใช้ local storage บนอุปกรณ์เพื่อจำภาษาและการรับทราบที่คุณเลือก ปัจจุบันเราไม่ใช้คุกกี้โฆษณาหรือเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมของบุคคลที่สาม

3. เราใช้ข้อมูลเพื่ออะไร

• รับ บันทึก จัดหมวดสี แก้ไข ลบ และเรียกดูบันทึกส่วนตัวของคุณ
• ยืนยันว่าเฉพาะเจ้าของบัญชีเท่านั้นที่เปิดดูข้อมูลส่วนตัวได้
• แสดงร่องรอยการเติบโต จุดสี รายละเอียดรายวัน และอัลบั้มความทรงจำตามที่คุณเลือกใช้
• ค้นหาและสะท้อนรูปแบบจากบันทึกส่วนตัวด้วย AI เมื่อคุณให้ความยินยอมแยกต่างหาก
• รับ ติดตาม ตรวจสอบ และตอบกลับข้อเสนอแนะ ปัญหา รายงานเนื้อหา และคำขอเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
• ดูแลความปลอดภัย ป้องกันการใช้งานผิดวัตถุประสงค์ แก้ข้อผิดพลาด และรักษาความต่อเนื่องของบริการ
• ปรับปรุงบริการโดยใช้ข้อมูลรวม หรือข้อมูลที่ลดความสามารถในการระบุตัวบุคคลแล้ว เมื่อทำได้
• ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย คำสั่งของหน่วยงาน หรือปกป้องสิทธิและความปลอดภัยที่จำเป็น

การให้บริการหลักอาศัยฐานที่จำเป็นเพื่อให้บริการตามที่คุณร้องขอ การรักษาความปลอดภัยและปรับปรุงระบบอาจอาศัยประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย ส่วนการแชร์สู่ “บังเอิญ หรือตั้งใจ” หรือฟังก์ชันทางเลือกที่ต้องใช้ความยินยอม จะขอการตัดสินใจแยกจากการบันทึกส่วนตัว

4. บันทึกส่วนตัว อัลบั้มความทรงจำ และบังเอิญ หรือตั้งใจ

บันทึกข้อความและรูปภาพจะเป็น ส่วนตัวโดยค่าเริ่มต้น การบันทึกในบันทึกส่วนตัวหรืออัลบั้มความทรงจำไม่ได้ทำให้ข้อมูลเผยแพร่ต่อสาธารณะ

ข้อมูลจะถูกแชร์ไปยัง “บังเอิญ หรือตั้งใจ” เฉพาะเมื่อคุณกดแชร์อย่างชัดเจน คุณสามารถถอนรายการออกจากพื้นที่ส่วนกลางได้ โดยไม่ลบต้นฉบับส่วนตัว เว้นแต่คุณเลือกให้ลบต้นฉบับด้วย

พจนานุกรมประสบการณ์ค้นจากบันทึกและคำบรรยายรูปส่วนตัวของเจ้าของบัญชี เพื่อแสดงผลกลับให้เจ้าของบัญชีนั้นเท่านั้น ข้อมูลนี้จะไม่ถูกนำไปรวมกับผลค้นหาของผู้อื่น

ในพื้นที่ “บังเอิญ หรือตั้งใจ” ผู้ชมสามารถเลือก “มีความหมายสำหรับฉัน” และเขียนข้อความสะท้อนเป็นบันทึกส่วนตัว เจ้าของภาพจะรับรู้ได้เพียงว่า ภาพมีความหมายกับใครบางคน โดยไม่เห็นตัวตนหรือข้อความสะท้อนของผู้ชม หากเจ้าของถอนแชร์ ภาพจะหายจากรายการที่ผู้ชมเก็บไว้ แต่ข้อความส่วนตัวยังคงอยู่โดยไม่มีภาพอ้างอิง

5. การเปิดเผยและผู้ให้บริการ

เราอาจส่งหรือให้ผู้ให้บริการต่อไปนี้ประมวลผลข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็น:

• LINE / LY Corporation — ข้อความ บัญชีทางการ LINE Login และ LIFF
• Supabase — ฐานข้อมูล Storage และ Edge Functions
• Netlify — โฮสต์หน้าเว็บ Archive และหน้าเอกสาร
• OpenAI — ประมวลผลการสะท้อนด้วย AI เฉพาะเมื่อคุณเลือกเปิดฟีเจอร์
• Resend — ส่งอีเมลแจ้งเตือน Ticket ไปยังผู้ดูแล Archive เมื่อระบบอีเมลถูกเปิดใช้งาน

ผู้ให้บริการเหล่านี้อาจประมวลผลข้อมูลในต่างประเทศตามโครงสร้างพื้นฐานของตน เราจะใช้บริการภายใต้ข้อตกลง มาตรการความปลอดภัย และข้อกำหนดที่เกี่ยวข้อง

Archive ไม่ขาย เนื้อหาบันทึกส่วนตัว และไม่ใช้เนื้อหาส่วนตัวเพื่อกำหนดเป้าหมายโฆษณา

6. การสะท้อนด้วย AI ในพจนานุกรมประสบการณ์

การค้นหาปกติใช้งานได้โดยไม่เปิด AI หากคุณเลือกเปิดการสะท้อนด้วย AI Archive จะส่งคำถามและบันทึกส่วนตัวที่คัดมาเกี่ยวข้องไปยัง OpenAI รูปภาพจริงจะถูกส่งเฉพาะเมื่อคุณเลือกตัวเลือกให้ AI ดูภาพในคำขอนั้น

OpenAI ระบุว่าข้อมูล API ไม่ถูกใช้ฝึกโมเดลโดยค่าเริ่มต้น และเมื่อ Archive เรียก API จะกำหนด store: false อย่างไรก็ตาม เนื้อหาอาจอยู่ในบันทึกตรวจสอบการใช้งาน ที่ไม่เหมาะสมของ OpenAI ได้สูงสุด 30 วันตามค่าเริ่มต้น

7. ระยะเวลาการเก็บข้อมูล

เราเก็บข้อมูลตราบเท่าที่บัญชีหรือบริการยังใช้งานอยู่ และเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่แจ้งไว้ เมื่อคุณลบรายการ ระบบจะนำรายการออกจากการใช้งานตามฟังก์ชันนั้น และเมื่อคุณขอลบบัญชี เราจะดำเนินการลบ ทำลาย หรือทำให้ข้อมูลไม่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลได้ภายในระยะเวลาที่สมเหตุสมผล

สำเนาสำรอง บันทึกความปลอดภัย หรือข้อมูลที่ต้องเก็บตามกฎหมาย อาจคงอยู่ชั่วคราวและจะถูกจำกัดการใช้งานจนกว่าจะครบกำหนดลบ

ข้อมูล Ticket และประวัติสถานะจะเก็บเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการติดตามเรื่อง ป้องกันการส่งซ้ำ และจัดการข้อพิพาทหรือหน้าที่ตามกฎหมาย คุณสามารถขอลบข้อมูลติดต่อที่ไม่จำเป็นได้

8. การรักษาความปลอดภัย

เราใช้การตรวจสอบ LINE ID token ฝั่งเซิร์ฟเวอร์ แยกข้อมูลตามเจ้าของบัญชี จำกัดกุญแจสำคัญไว้ฝั่งเซิร์ฟเวอร์ และใช้มาตรการของผู้ให้บริการโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน อย่างไรก็ตาม ไม่มีระบบออนไลน์ใดรับประกันความปลอดภัยได้ 100% คุณจึงไม่ควรบันทึกข้อมูลที่อาจก่อความเสียหายร้ายแรงหากถูกเปิดเผย เช่น รหัสผ่าน รหัสบัตร หรือข้อมูลการเงินที่ไม่จำเป็น

• ขอแก้ไขข้อมูลที่ไม่ถูกต้องหรือไม่เป็นปัจจุบัน

• ขอระงับการใช้ คัดค้าน หรือเพิกถอนความยินยอมในกรณีที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ขอรับหรือโอนข้อมูลในรูปแบบที่ระบบรองรับและกฎหมายกำหนด
• ร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

เราอาจขอยืนยันตัวตนก่อนดำเนินการ เพื่อป้องกันการเปิดเผยหรือลบข้อมูลของบุคคลอื่น

1. About this notice

Archive is a personal journaling service delivered through a LINE Official Account and the Archive web app under the name Archive by Forward Taleveling (“Archive”, “we”, “us”). This notice applies to Traces of Growth, Personal Journal, Memory Album, Experience Dictionary, Collective Synchronicity, Contact Archive, and related features.

Archive acts as the data controller for decisions about what information is collected and how it is used. Infrastructure providers process information under their applicable agreements and instructions.

2. Information we collect

The Archive web app uses local storage on your device to remember language and acknowledgement choices. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral analytics on the Archive web app.

3. Why we use information

• To receive, save, color, edit, delete, and retrieve your journal entries.
• To verify that only the account owner can access private content.
• To display calendars, color dots, daily details, and Galleries you choose to use.
• To search and reflect on patterns in private entries with AI when you give separate consent.
• To receive, track, investigate, and respond to suggestions, problems, content reports, and personal-data requests.
• To maintain security, prevent misuse, diagnose errors, and keep the service available.
• To improve the service using aggregated or de-identified information where feasible.
• To comply with law, official requests, or necessary protections of rights and safety.

Core processing is necessary to provide the service you request. Security and service improvement may rely on legitimate interests. Collective Synchronicity sharing and other optional features that require consent will be presented separately from private journaling.

4. Personal Journal, Memory Album, and Collective Synchronicity

Text and image entries are private by default. Saving an item to your Personal Journal does not publish it.

An item is shared to Collective Synchronicity only after a clear sharing action. You may remove the shared copy from the collective space without deleting the private original unless you separately choose to delete the original.

Experience Dictionary searches the account owner’s private Journal and private photo captions and returns results only to that account owner. This information is not combined with another person’s search results.

In Collective Synchronicity, a viewer may select “Meaningful to me” and save a private Journal reflection. The photo owner is told only that the image meant something to someone; the viewer’s identity and private reflection are not shown. If the owner unshares the photo, it disappears from saved-image references while the viewer’s private Journal text remains without the image reference.

5. Service providers and disclosures

We may use the following providers where necessary:

• LINE / LY Corporation — messaging, Official Account, LINE Login, and LIFF.
• Supabase — database, Storage, and Edge Functions.
• Netlify — hosting for the Archive web app and legal pages.
• OpenAI — optional AI reflection processing only when you enable the feature.
• Resend — email notification delivery to the Archive administrator when email delivery is enabled.

These providers may process information outside Thailand according to their infrastructure. We use them subject to applicable agreements, security measures, and legal requirements.

Archive does not sell private Journal content and does not use private content for targeted advertising.

6. AI reflection in Experience Dictionary

Ordinary search works without AI. If you enable AI reflection, Archive sends your question and selected relevant private entries to OpenAI. Actual image content is sent only when you select the image-understanding option for that request.

OpenAI states that API data is not used to train models by default, and Archive sends API requests with store: false. However, content may be retained in OpenAI abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days by default.

Archive stores the question, AI response, model version, and cited source entries in your account until you delete that response. You may delete only an AI response or withdraw consent without changing original entries. AI output is a reflection, not a diagnosis, prediction, or professional advice.

7. Retention

We retain information while the account or service is active and for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. When you delete an item, it is removed from the relevant user-facing feature. When you request account deletion, we will delete, destroy, or de-identify information within a reasonable period.

Limited backups, security logs, or records required by law may remain temporarily and will be restricted until deletion is completed.

Ticket records and status history are retained as reasonably necessary to follow up requests, prevent duplicates, and manage disputes or legal obligations. You may request deletion of contact data that is no longer needed.

8. Security

We verify LINE ID tokens on the server, separate data by account owner, keep sensitive keys on the server, and rely on infrastructure security controls. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid storing unnecessary high-risk information such as passwords, card numbers, or financial credentials.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Be informed and request access to or a copy of your information.
• Correct inaccurate or outdated information.
• Request deletion, destruction, or de-identification.
• Restrict processing, object, or withdraw consent where applicable.
• Receive or transfer information where supported and legally required.
• Submit a complaint to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee.

We may verify your identity before acting on a request to protect other users.

We may update this notice when the service, law, or providers change. Material changes will be announced through the Archive web app before or when the updated notice takes effect.
